Currently have available for a IT Project Manager (Level II) with a major financial company located in JACKSONVILLE, FL.

Responsibilities of the IT Project are to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of cross-organizational team members (technology, business, vendors, etc.) in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project also defines the project’s objectives, manages spend, and oversees quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

The IT Project in GWIM Technology Voice Product Management:

• Possesses general knowledge and understanding of Contact Center technologies including IVR, CTI, Call routing and desktop applications
• Possesses general understanding of speech application components, including grammars, tuning, and VXML
• Creates and executes project plans and revises appropriately to meet changing requirements and needs
• Manages day-to-day operational and tactical activities of a project
• Defines project success criteria and communicates these to the project team
• Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Ensures timely completion of all project-level tasks
• Ensures that project documents are current, complete, and appropriately managed and stored
• Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path; minimizes exposures and risks
• Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team
• Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies any potential crisis or issues, and devises contingency plans to mitigate concerns
• Effectively applies corporate-standard Project Management methodology and enforces project standards
• Reviews deliverables prepared by the project team
• Holds regular Status meetings with the project team and keeps members informed of updates and changes
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to management; understands how to communicate difficult and sensitive information tactfully
• Contributes to the overall design and planning of projects, including cost analysis and estimates
• Manages project budgets
• Facilitates team meetings effectively and possesses strong interpersonal skills
• Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application to current client engagements
